At Karen Vineyard Church ("KVC"), we value community and we value you.
Being able to share photos and videos of our life together is a privilege, and we are committed to honouring and respecting every person who is a part of our church family.
To help us stay connected and tell the story of what God is doing, we collect information through our sign-up forms and capture photos and videos at our gatherings.
By signing up or attending a KVC event, you consent to us using your personal data, as well as photos and videos of you and any children in your care, for church communications and to share on our website, social media, and in other materials.
To ensure we do this in a way that builds trust, we commit to the following:
We also have a Consent Opt-Out Form available per the Data Protection Act 2019 (Kenya) for those who prefer not to have their information, photos or videos used at all; please fill it in and email it to [email protected] or drop it off at the church office with required documents for processing.
