The KVC women's ministry seeks to bless the church and impact the world by providing opportunities for women to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ (2 Pet. 3:18), and by encouraging them to faithfully love and serve others as an outpouring of the Holy Spirit's work in us, to the glory of God (1 Pet. 4:10-11).
* EQUIP women for life and service by intentionally emphasizing the centrality of God's word (2 Tim. 3:16-17), the fortification of its truth (Ps. 86:11), and the joy of knowing Jesus and following Him, wherever and however He leads (Ps. 34:8).
* EDIFY and uphold one another in prayer (1 Thess. 1:2-3), making room for the ministry of the Holy Spirit as women learn to pray in trustworthy and authentic community (James 5:16), bringing to the throne of grace their adoration, confessions, thanksgiving, and supplication (Heb. 4:15-16).
* ENCOURAGE women to love God and love others wholeheartedly (Matt. 22:37-39), faithfully utilizing the gifts and talents He provides (Rom. 12:4-6a), and celebrating the Creator's masterful design and purpose for each of us (Eph. 2:10).
* MAGNIFY the Lord God above all others (Ps. 34:3), TREASURE Jesus as Love's greatest gift (Col. 2:2-3), and SHINE as Christ's ambassadors in the world (Matt.5:16), grounded by God's Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit's leadership and wisdom (Eph. 3:14-19).
